I have employed Reza as a contractor overseeing the repair of LA apartment buildings for many years now. He has diligently overseen the repair and restoration of countless projects including roof repair/installations, mold remediation, concrete removal and redesign, plumbing of laundry rooms, as well as countless painting projects, both inside and out. He is extremely bright and knowledgeable; he knows the intricacies of both design and construction code. Added to this, he has a very positive attitude and is always respectful no matter the pressures of the job.

Reza has been an incredibly invaluable and reliable contractor that I have employed for years to manage from the smallest repairs to extensive renovations. He goes above and beyond without expectation. It’s not easy to find someone you feel so happy working with that you would refer to other individuals without any hesitation. Reza is not only professional in his presentation, but his quality of his work is unmatched.
