S+H Construction

We had a wonderful experience working with Tracey and the S+H team during our condo renovations. The attention to detail, the responsiveness, and the timeliness of our projects exceeded our expectations. Without a doubt, we would use Tracey and S+H on any future projects and would highly recommend them.

S+H has been a savior with small and large projects due to their first rate professionalism. I can rely on S+H for being responsive to requests, efficient finding experts for the job, and organized for the entire duration. I highly recommend S+H!

In 2023, a major storm left us with significant water damage. We contacted S+H Construction of Belmont MA for help–and they’ve been our first choice ever since! Tracey and her team of experts are knowledgeable, reliable, and great to work with. They’ve rerouted plumbing, tracked and repaired exterior water leaks, opened walls to connect living areas, installed doors, laid wooden flooring, and more. Communication is easy, prices are fair, the work is high quality, and completed on time and under budget. We highly recommend Tracey and S+H and look forward to working with them again.
