San Marco Promenade

I just moved in and had such a great experience with the maintenance team! Antoine, Rodd, and Halleph were so kind and helpful. They helped me move some VERY heavy couches and furniture and went completely out of their way to make my move-in process so much easier. I really appreciate all of their help and how welcoming they were. Thank you guys so much!

Update: Management decided there needed to be an addendum to everyone’s renters insurance to include their PO Box which of course costs you and you’ll be charged a $20 monthly fee from them for not “complying” 😊. Please keep in mind the renter’s insurance was sufficient enough to move in. Overall, there are definitely some positives, but I personally wouldn’t recommend living here unless you’re okay with lots of noise. There are gnats galore, like way too many, and I’ve seen roaches in the hallways (it’s Florida so I don’t expect anything less).

We informed Maintenance that our washing machine was broken and they ensured us it would be addressed today and it was not addressed at all. We are now forced to go the entire weekend without a functioning washing machine and any parent with multiple kids will tell you how much of a nightmare this is in terms Landry pile up & the of necessity of clean clothes. I understand people get busy but the ticket was placed early in the morning and the promise to come by was also made in person in the morning.
