This place sucks, paper thin walls, cheap equipment, horrible layout, ridden with bugs, super loud throughout the day and night. DO NOT MOVE HERE, IT IS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. THESE ARE NOT LUXURY APARTMENTS, CHEAP BUILD, EXPENSIVE PRICNG FOR NOTHING.

After we moved out it took 3 months to receive a final move out invoice and statement. The invoice did not notate the credit for the security deposit and we were out of town when we received this invoice after almost 4 months from vacating. There was no final move out statement included with the invoice. Our rent was always paid on time and we were renters in good standing. They immediately threatened reporting to credit bureaus and the person we spoke to , Denise, was rude and threatening. We will never rent from a property they own or manage in the future.

Kaitlyn was professional, friendly, and very helpful during our tour. She answered all our questions clearly and made the experience smooth and comfortable. We really appreciated her time and guidance.
