Sofia Coral Gables Apartments

I’ve had a great experience living at Sofia Coral Gables. The building is beautiful, the location is incredibly convenient, but what really makes the difference is the people who work here. Marco, the manager, is wonderful and really sets the tone for the entire team. He’s professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about the residents and the building. Yami at the front desk/concierge is always welcoming and incredibly helpful. Maikel from maintenance is amazing—responsive, dependable, and always willing to help.

Living at Sofia Coral Gables has been an absolute 5-star experience, largely thanks to Marco and the incredible team here! From day one, Marco and the staff have been attentive, welcoming, and consistently go above and beyond to keep the building running smoothly. Whether it’s quick communication, handling requests efficiently, or just greeting everyone with a friendly smile, their dedication makes living here feel truly effortless. Huge thanks to Marco and the whole team for making Sofia feel like home—highly recommend this place to anyone looking in Coral Gables!

I recently visited this property while looking for a place to rent, and although it ultimately wasn’t within my budget, I was genuinely impressed by the professionalism and warmth with which I was received. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that the team values communication and provides excellent service to its residents. I was especially impressed by the maintenance supervisor, whose interactions with residents demonstrated both exceptional knowledge of his work and genuine care and responsiveness to their needs.
