SS Water Restoration - Frisco

Alyssa and Tyler came to my house in McKinney and gave me such peace of mind! I thought I might have a small leak somewhere in my walls, and they were incredibly thorough. They checked all the places I suggested, but also looked in areas I never would have thought to check. They were professional, personable, knowledgeable, and fast. I truly appreciate the time and care they took to make sure everything was checked out. I highly recommend Alyssa and Tyler and will absolutely be referring them to friends, family, and clients! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’m so grateful for SS Water Restoration - Frisco! Doug was incredibly responsive and quick to help when I was dealing with a fridge leak and honestly didn’t know what to do. Alfredo came out the same day to assess everything, and he was so kind, helpful, and reassuring. Thankfully, there was no damage to my flooring and only the baseboards needed to be taken care of. I reached out to several companies that day, and SS Water Restoration was the only one that responded right away when I needed help the most. That meant a lot to me, especially when I was already stressed about the situation.

Stephan, Jacob, Alfredo, and Colt were outstanding throughout our water restoration process. They responded quickly to help mitigate the damage and took the time to walk me through every step, making sure I understood what to expect. They were patient, professional, and incredibly informative from start to finish. Most importantly, they were thorough and made sure all of the water was removed and that no mold was left behind. I truly appreciate their hard work and would highly recommend them to anyone needing water restoration services.
