James provided excellent service! He was friendly, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire experience. He was easy to communicate with and made sure I felt comfortable. I really appreciate his positive energy and professionalism!

chris is the best maintenance guy ever. came over super late when my AC flooded and came back over 5 times throughout the weekend to clean and help out with whatever he could. even came back and dropped off buckets to catch water from the leak. super great work!!!!

I felt it was necessary to leave a review after such a positive encounter with an employee at this leasing office. I accidentally locked both my keys and phone inside my car, leaving me with no way to contact my parents or roommates for help. I walked over to the SHS leasing office for assistance. A blonde woman, who I believe was Cheyenne, listened to my situation and went above and beyond to help me retrieve my keys to get back into my car. I was so incredibly grateful for her kindness. It made my entire day knowing someone deeply cared about my situation and wanted to extend a helping hand.
