Summit Village Apartments

I love where I live!! I put in a maintenance request and they came the next day and everything was taken care of. All of the staff here are AMAZING!!! I love the sense of community the leasing office brings between us with contests, snacks, smoothies or coffee days etc. Great place to live!

DO NOT RENT HERE. MANY ISSUES WITH OFFICE STAFF AND BUGS ARE BAD. PSA: Check your rental bills closely and I mean ALL of them. Just looked at mine and they are double charging. This is unacceptable. I have also called and sent a message they are avoiding me. Really think about if you want to live here look at ALL reviews. This is a quite spot bugs are bad and when they say something you have to be on their butts. They're good at fist but that's about it. They even lost my payment and marked it for a different apartment first time I paid rent be careful.

with this economy it’s valid. They have a pool so that cool. Laundry room in your building. The people here mind their business. $10 for Pest control. Pest control is pretty good and has gotten a lot better but no funny they do have roaches if you come here make sure you look on top of cabinets and pull out the stove. If you ask me they need to tear the buildings down and treat the ground. When you make them aware of the roaches they’ll say “if I seen roaches during my walk through I wouldn’t have moved you in”… whole time they were the ones scheduling the bombing for the last person.
