I am a resident and I have been so very happy with the staff from management to the maintenance team they have been stellar and helpful!
We had a great time at a family birthday party here. It was so nice, comfortable, and accommodating. Will definitely come back here again with the family.
5/5 for Kiara Respo, the leasing consultant- she is amazing! I'm sure it reflects the overall greatness of the leasing team. Kiara helped us all throughout the process from touring the unit to moving in within a short period of time. Really very impressed. The unit is clean and almost relatively brand new (built in 2024). I also love the proximity of Sumner Mill to my new job (I relocated from another state). Overall rating is 4.9/5, I deducted 0.1 for parking (not covered and no available spot close to your unit). Happy to call Sumner Mill my new home~
