SUR Lake Buena Vista

Originally moved to this location because they have available chargers for my Tesla that were free to use. They purposefully removed all the operating Tesla chargers and replaced them with charge per use instead. I recommend if you have a Tesla or any electric vehicle to avoid moving to this establishment.

We lived here for about 2 years & overall we enjoyed it. The community is beautiful, and the apartments are spacious with great finishes that make them feel modern, comfortable, and well-maintained. Maintenance within the units was also excellent. The front desk staff is professional and helpful. Getting in touch with management can sometimes take a little time, but they are responsive once reached. The biggest downside is the upkeep of the grounds. Animal waste is unfortunately everywhere, from the hallways and sidewalks to the areas around the pool.

There are many reasons why I love living at Sur Lake Buena Vista. I love that it is an intimate community with only four buildings so the the amenities never feel crowded or hectic. The design of my apartment is beautifully modern with a very functional floor plan that maximizes space, comfort and privacy. Sur is dog friendly with a great dog park and bath which my furry friends just love. The community is so conveniently located to shopping, dining, attractions and highways and is very well maintained. The gym is awesome and the club house is beautifully appointed.
