Review Do not rent from RedPeak or any of their properties. My experience has been incredibly frustrating, especially during move-out. My family is currently being told that we owe over $2,000 for alleged carpet damages, despite us having evidence showing that the home was left in good condition. From my understanding and experience working in leasing, some of what they are attempting to charge for appears to be normal wear and tear, not tenant damage. They are also withholding our security deposit and adding that amount into what they claim we owe.

I am outraged and deeply disappointed with my experience living here. After moving out, I was contacted weeks later and told that a piece of equipment was “missing” from the property. At first, I wasn’t even told what it was. Once they clarified, what upset me the most was that from the very beginning they assumed that my family and I had stolen it. They even threatened to take it out of my deposit if it was not found — which is completely unfair. What makes this worse is that this situation shows how tenants are left completely unprotected.

Kylie was very good and friendly. She was very informative and answered all of our questions.
