The Canyons on Colter Apartments

I would like to respectfully request that Chamberlain + Associates return as the management company for Canyons on Colter. I would also strongly prefer that Brenda Ponce return as the property manager. Brenda and Diana were exceptional managers who consistently went above and beyond for the residents. They created a strong sense of community by ensuring that all tenants were welcomed and invited to monthly community events. They treated residents like family and genuinely cared about making the property a safe, clean, peaceful, and enjoyable place to live.

The girls in the office are attentive to everything. They treat you with an excellent attitude. The place is very quiet to live in. It's always clean.

If I could give this apartment 0 stars I would I asked specifically can I apply Monday and still get Promotional rate of getting August free and they said yes that’s fine I call today, Monday it’s changed in 2 days that now it’s for September , Horrible leasing team, I would just avoid this place entirely. Dodged a bullet by not going with the lease.
