The Emerson On Rocky Point

We just moved out, and Nothing but amazing words about the Emerson. Laura, Sydney, and Marisa were absolute rockstars when needed. Highly recommend The Emerson absolutely loved our apartment 810. Attached some picture of our sunset view from the balcony.

The amenities are legit. I use the gym almost every day and it’s never crowded. Having a peloton row and a sauna in the building is a nice touch. Marisa didn’t just help me find my new apartment but actually gave me priceless Tampa suggestions since I’m new here, which she didn’t have to do. Very happy with my decision.

As someone who travels often, the location of The Emerson has been a game changer. Being just a few minutes from the airport means I don’t have to stress about early flights and I’m always able to catch an uber no matter the time of flight. It’s one of those things I didn’t realize I’d appreciate so much until I lived here. The community is beautiful, and Sydney and Marisa were both great to work with from day one. So happy with my decision.
