The Everly at Rouzan

I highly recommend The Everly to anyone searching for an apartment. I lived there for over 1.5 years and had a great experience. The apartment unit was very nice and functional, and the community has many great common areas and amenities. The Everly's staff are exceptional and set this community apartment from any other where I've lived. The management/office and maintenance teams are incredibly kind and very responsive to any questions or requests. Thank you, Skyy, Jaidyn, Jame, and team!

Really enjoyed my tour with Jaidyn! She was very knowledgeable of the community and took her time to show me all of the amazing amenities. I can't wait to cancel my gym membership when I move in next month! Skyy (the manager) was so nice as well. She came out to meet me after my tour and made sure I was happy with my experience.

If you're an early bird then you'll appreciate being woken up frequently at 3am thanks to the faulty building fire alarm. This has been a major issue the entire time I've lived here and you'll see other reviews mentioning the same. The Everly staff will not take the issue seriously, so be prepared for this to happen a few times per month. Last weekend it happened 3 nights in a row...
