The Lodges of Colorado Springs

I’ve lived here for four months and have gone without central AC the entire time :) I have had nights I feel absolutely sick from the temperature in my apartment. It was 89 degrees inside my apartment this summer…. The roomate matching sucks, they won’t listen to a single request (I live with a dog and i’m allergic). As for the AC, they have been “waiting on a part” and have been for over a month… Hate this place and i’m writing this as I can’t fall asleep because of the temperature in this apartment. Dealing with an allergen with no air circulation isn’t helping ofc :)

Absolutely garbage place to live and will scam you hundreds of dollars on move out for leaving a toilet paper roll on the holder!

DON'T RENT A PLACE HERE. YOU'LL REGRET IT. IF YOU'RE A COLLAGE STUDENT, GO TO BETTER PLACE. THE MANAGEMENT IS THE ABSOLUTE WORSE. MY CEILING CAME CRASHING DOWN FROM THE APT ABOVE ME BECAUSE SHE LEFT THE WATER RUNNING ALL NIGHT LONG. SHE WAS PASSED OUT AND WOULD NOT LET FIREMEN IN THE NEXT MORNING WHEN I CALLED 911. BEN THE MANAGER DIDN'T ACT LIKE HE GAVE A DAMN ABOUT IT. THEY TRIED TO SEND ME TO COLLECTIONS FOR THE UNPAID RENT BECAUSE I REFUSED TO PAY UNTIL THEY CREDITED ME FOR THE TIME SPENT ON REPAIRS.
