The Residences at Rainier Square

The building, amenities, and staff at Rainer Square are all exceptional -- I really enjoyed living here during my time in Seattle! The location and views are very hard to beat; I'll miss seeing Mt. Rainer and the beautiful sunsets! If you're moving to Seattle or searching for a new spot, Rainer Square is definitely worth a look.

Lived here for three years and had amazing experience! The concierge is available almost all time, first floor front desk is available 24 hours, and you can call maintenance through app any time. Even through moving out the apartment manager was super helpful. They had window cleaning every few months, and all amenities were well taken care of. They have delivery service that delivers your packages to your door that you can view and schedule through app. Most comfortable apartment I’ve been in.

Got to tour this lovely place with Aileena, oh my gosh she was AS amazing as the home we seen. I am so excited to become apart of the community, Aileena really went above and beyond answering all my questions and showing me all the amazing things this place has to offer. She really made me feel secure in my decision to move here. Its nice to know the people that work here generally care about your needs and wants, actually listening and finding whats best for me other then just trying to sell me.
