The Residences at Stone Creek

3 stars. Actually living here, not just a tour. Inside is nice for a new build, and the central air has been solid. A few residents have posted about going a month without AC or heat, so that is worth asking about before you move in. Noise carries more than I expected. You can hear footsteps, and sound comes through from the side and from below. Ceilings are not very tall. Some of that is just apartment living, but for a new build, I figured it would be a lot quieter. Valet trash is supposed to go out around 5 to 7 PM. Most people follow that.

Grounds and rooms are very clean very modern and very nice. The reason for the low star review is the gosh dan beeping due to a fault in the fire alarm system. It's been a week of beeping every night from about 12 pm to 6 am. Y'all gotta get this resolved.

New complex and many amenities. The layout of the bedrooms and kitchen could have been planned better so the bedrooms are away from living room and kitchen to alleviate any noise. Thank you.
