The Residences Water Square

I moved into the Water Square over a month ago. It has been a great experience and I am happy in making the choice to lease in the building. I love being close to the water with such an amazing view. The process from completing the lease to move in was made simple and without hassle which is thanks to the wonderful staff here at Water Square. Brian was great in helping to ensure my questions were answered and I was able to move in within the time frame requested. The day I moved in, Rachel guided me through the process and ensured my needs were in place for a smooth transition.

I have just moved in to this building and am impressed with the quality of services, support, and facilities. I truly got a personalized service from Josie and Brian starting from showing us several options and making sure that we are aware of all the little details around the building, the lease agreement and apartment walkthrough. The move in was a breeze, thanks to Brian, with plenty of communication and support to get it done quickly and efficiently. Everyone in the building is super friendly and responsive. This is a perfect place that I comfortably can home.
