The Village at Muller Park

For Bloomington, you can’t really beat The Village!! It is so so affordable, and you get SO MUCH SPACE! I have visited other apartments that have added monthly fees for parking, amenities, and other various added costs. Not to mention, they’re way smaller than this place!! There is a drive through oil change place within a 2 minute drive, a nearby gas station, a chick-fil-a is being built just a couple streets down… you can’t beat The Village!!!

Actually horrible. Lived in a black mold infested apartment and they took absolutely no measures to help even after months of me rigorously communicating with them. Then when I finally threatened them with legal action, they reluctantly moved me to a new unit—with even more black mold. I had to stop taking classes because my immune system was so weak and I kept getting sick. I ended up moving back in with family until my health was in check… (thank god that was an option for me) and the moment I did, the mold illness disappeared.

Too many unnecessary charges and terrible customer service. Would never recommend anyone living here unless you want to pay 700 dollars in cleaning charges which had nothing to do with cleaning.
