The Vivien

I honestly cannot say enough good things about Nicole and Michael! From the moment we started the process of moving into our apartment, they have been absolutely incredible. Moving can be stressful, especially when you have questions or concerns along the way, but they made us feel comfortable, heard, and genuinely cared for every step of the way. Any concerns or questions we had were addressed quickly and respectfully and they went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of.

Having moved 8 times in 10 years for school, my wife and I have lived at many apartments, many totes as luxury. The vivien has been the first place that truly felt luxurious. The amenities far surpass those of other locations we’ve lived and include ones we’ve never had such as the steam room/suana, golf simulator, piano lounge. The gym is good quality and clean. The people here are great. Mike and Nicole do an amazing job planning activities for tenets and making sure things are going well.

Nicole and Michael have been so amazing and helpful during our time here! They are both incredibly kind and we love living here!
