University House TCU

Live here if you want to get charged for damages you didn’t cause!!! Lived here for a year from 2025-2026 and decided to be an understanding tenant even though the conditions were bad from the moment I moved in (dirty, grimey floors and dirty laundry machines. overall just NOT clean) just to get it thrown back at me and get charged for these damages I didn’t cause. Management is terrible and wouldn’t even try to listen to my concerns about it, just automatically charged me and wouldn’t care to listen. Wish I would’ve taken pictures of the pre-existing conditions. Don’t live here.

I loved living at University House TCU! The staff is always so welcoming and sweet, which made it feel like home from the start. The apartment complex is super clean, quiet, and well taken care of. They are also super fast and reliable with their maintenance service. The location is super convenient, and the amenities are a awesome bonus, I would recommend this place for anyone!! Love it here!

Great space with great commodities! Absolutely love the free coffee bar and the study space.
