Google Reviews
The price of these apartments does not reflect the appearance of them. They should be called Shady Valley Breeze Apts.
If you’re looking for an apartment complex that gives you daily character development through frustration, Valley Breeze Apartments is perfect. We had a broken staircase leading to the second level — you know, a pretty important feature — and they only fixed it a week before we moved out. Amazing timing. And let’s talk about the mystery charges. They billed us for “repairs” that never even happened. I guess imaginary maintenance costs real money here. The water bill? Completely random every month — I’m convinced they just roll dice in the office to decide what you owe.
Apartments with gym, pool, parking
