Ventana Residences Apartments

Huge thank you to our amazing property manager Tiffany! She is always prompt with communication and handled a recent safety situation with complete professionalism and genuine empathy. You can tell she truly cares about her residents and goes above and beyond. Highly recommend!

Best experience living here! The facility was always clean, well taken care of and it truly made you feel like you’re at home. Shoutout to Victor Soto who is the man!

Made me pay a $1000 “hold” to apply for the apartment (in addition to the application fee). I was assured the turn around is quick if you don’t take the unit (leasing agent described a commitment to a 48 hour window). It’s now weeks after withdrawing my application, and I’ve made multiple phone calls and sent multiple emails. I was assured accounting had worked on it and it would be processed ASAP. This is an expensive city to move to. It sucks to be scammed.
