Verge Asheville

Absolutely. Crap. Terrible quality throughout the apartments, but the WORST part has to be the visitor parking. 15$ a day to visit your child for a visitor spot is highway robbery. They should be ashamed of themselves.

Good staff; low rates; on site people are solid, Front desk and maintenance especially. The parent company however leaves more to be desired unfortunately.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Please please whatever you do, DO NOT LIVE HERE. And DONT let your child live here. It is very dangerous, and they don’t care about you. I’ll share with you a few experiences I’ve had while living here. First when I moved in I was told to use conservice to pay my electric, and then at the end of December change to duke energy. When January came around I noticed 100 dollars extra on my rent. I asked them why, they said it was because I didn’t have electric for three months. I argued and showed them my payment for electric, but they didn’t care.
