Verona at Suitland Metro

Huge shoutout to Ms. Val and Ms. Kayla for the wonderful communication. You both made my journey so much easy and at peace. Every questions I asked was answered and I know for a fact I can be a pest but you both made me feel at ease. Thank you for all your help, wonderful communication and most of all thank you for making me feel at ease!

I am in my second year of rent at this property. My experience has been nothing but uncomfortable. Currently I have a roach infestation even after the property management sent out Kenmore Pest Control. Roaches are everywhere inside of my refrigerator. My first year living here, I didn’t have a roach problem but recently it has got worse. I requested to move to another unit, I was told no, and that I need to wait for the treatment from Kenmore pest control to kick in. I have added pictures from after the treatment was done. ★★★★★ I had an amazing experience with The Verona from start to finish. I attended the open house on a Saturday with 93.9, and by that Tuesday I had my keys in hand! The process moved quickly and smoothly, and I truly appreciate all of the help and communication along the way. A huge thank you to Nick Arnette and Valarie for being so professional, helpful, and supportive throughout everything. They answered questions, stayed on top of things, and made me feel comfortable during the entire process. The cookout during the open house was also great!
