Nicholas and the Verve Builders team are absolutely awesome to work with. They helped us with our backyard renovation from designing the initial concept, brainstorming ideas, and helping us shape the vision. Nick even designed a custom built-in bench that really ties the backyard together. The execution was great - they leveled the yard, hand laid the pavers and turf, and handled everything with care and precision. Communication was excellent throughout and they kept us in the loop through each step of the process.

I can’t say enough good things about Nick and his crew. My backyard started as a sloped, muddy, patchy, half-grass mess; and they turned it into a modern xeriscape that feels like an oasis. They leveled it with black gravel accented with contrasting limestone. There are about 15 desert plants of different varieties that make the yard pop. Nick guided me through the design process from start to finish and the result looks fantastic. His attention to detail really shows; for example, I wanted to install a shade sail but was concerned about how I’d take it down in a storm.

We had an incredible experience with Verve Builders. Nick (the owner) and Marco (the engineer) recently completed an external building on our property that we’re using as a gym, and the entire process was outstanding from start to finish. They took great care in the design, structure, and long-term durability, thinking through every possible way we might use the gym so that the foundation and framing could handle serious weight and equipment. The craftsmanship is top-notch, and the final result is both sturdy and beautiful. What really stood out was their attention to detail and communication.
