Villas at Oak Bend

Villas at Oak Bend I have called home for 3years very quiet mixed community never had any major complaints or problems every problem I had in my home I reported and the maintenance guy Nathan took care of it immediately I enjoy my living here at this community.. thanks to the wonderful staff Nathan & Erica … ♥️

I’ve had a wonderful experience living in this community. The property is well-maintained, peaceful, and a great place to call home. Management is professional, responsive, and genuinely cares about the residents. One of the biggest highlights has been the maintenance service. Nathan, the maintenance technician, is absolutely outstanding. He is always friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and quick to respond whenever an issue arises. Every repair request I’ve submitted has been handled promptly and efficiently.

Moved out 7 months ago. Just received a bill of almost 2k for paint, one set of blinds and deep cleaning AND my security deposit was kept! We left home clean. Walls needed repainting from toddlers. Nothing beyond standerd maintenance walls and cleaning other than one set of blinds breaking from my toddlers. A plastic fixture. They must be desperate for money!!!!! Rent is mortgage here. There is no security just officers who lived there who do not work for the company. One city of Baton Rouge officer who worked LSU and one City of Zachary officer who worked Zachary.
