Viva Apartments

What can I say that the non botted reviews haven't said already? Not much..... homeless, roaches, bed bugs, mentally ill neighbors, if you never leave you bed/never actually go "home" it's great. I mean..... it's got a bathroom? oh wait some units have to share one.......

Nothing was done, so nothing changed. Every time somebody showers upstairs water flows through the light fixture and floods the floor. It happened again just this morning around 4 AM.

I responded to an add for the Celebration of My America's 250 Anniversary. I was focused on leasing a "Private Bathroom, Shared Kitchen on the bottom floor because I'm disabled and elderly. It was late in the day but I was able to look at a unit being worked on. A nice size apartment that will come with a Glass Shower enclosure. New sink, new refrigerator new microwave, new cabinets. Just my style and the price was right, I earned this! Make no mistake, I could not have completed this application process. I The application was approved and I cannot wait to move in as soon as possible.
