WestCoast Fence Pros

I am very disappointed by the customer service and the process with West Coast Fence Pros. I needed them to put in a simple vinyl fence and gate across my yard and driveway. I got a quote from a sales rep—it wasn’t even the lowest—but I chose them anyway because they presented themselves as professional and capable. They’re neither. I paid the deposit on Feb 25 within minutes of receiving the invoice. Their Project Manager said the work would be done within 3 weeks. Then I heard nothing. On March 3rd I finally called, and it was like they forgot about me.

The West Coast team instilled confidence by researching the project ahead of time, communicating often and clearly, and creating a beautiful fence. We are very happy with the outcome and will use them again to replace the fence on the other side of the property.

The did a great job on putting up our fence and making sure all of our needs and wants were met. Best price we found and it’s great quality. There are some communication points the company could work on, but overall was a good experience.
