Had my tenant registered car towed within 30min of parking in guest parking. Keep looking if you have a vehicle you won't want to park it at islander...
I had a mixed experience living at Z Islander. My move-in was difficult. The first unit I was assigned was dirty and had several issues, so I had to move to a different unit. The overall move-in process took about three weeks to fully resolve. The move-out process also required a long follow-up. I was initially charged $600 for replacement of a bedroom door that was opening, closing, and locking normally when I moved out.
Worst management. they don't fix issues, they only want money
