It starts with their estimator Bergan, who showed up on time and quickly made an assessment into an estimate. A couple weeks later, as planned by their PM, Mike, two carpenters, Mick, and his son Jones came out. They carefully walked around my home with me, estimate in hand, reviewing and providing their expertise in the carpentry/repair work that needed to be done. They shared their knowledge, provided suggestions and helped me to feel more at ease with what lied ahead. They even saved me additional $ with their suggestions. Mick and Jones showed up everyday, on-time and worked diligently for 1.5 weeks until everything was ready for paint. Each day, upon my arrival, before their departure, they walked around and detailed the work they completed. Everything was cleaned up and any supplies left behind were neatly covered and ready for the following day. Once they were complete, we did a final walk around and each repair done effectively. That same afternoon, Blaine and Adam, the painters showed up and we did the same thing. Walked around, I pointed out what was exterior and what was to be trim paint. They sampled both on part of a wall and did not order anything until I gave the approval. These two worked effortlessly. Blaine did the big exterior painting, while Adam covered the trim and details. Nothing was left to question. These two teams were courteous at all times, communicated timely and were professional. They are skilled tradesmen who know their business well and they get it done right the first time around. They are top notch. Not once did I worry, as they expertly repaired, painted and transformed my home. My home looks brand new and I’m so very happy with the outcome.
